About this Webinar

The current situation in the world is having an unexpected impact on our daily life. One major change is that we now find ourselves working from home more often. Consequently, new challenges emerge!
Many of us are faced with having no or limited contact to the outside world, which can feel empty, frightening and ultimately emotionally and psychologically unhealthy.
This webinar will give practical and scientifically proven recommendations on how to positively balance our day and use quiet moments of self-reflection, self-perception and a greater sense of self-appreciation for our personal growth.

What does the webinar cover?
Why do I feel so in fear? Is my family going to be ok? What will happen if I get the virus? Will this ever end? If any of the above questions have surfaced while you’re spending more time alone at home, then this webinar if for you.
Here, we’ll first recognize that you are not actually alone - millions of people across the world are in your exact situation.
In this webinar, you’ll learn how to make quality use of your “at home” time. You’ll recognize your “inner” voice which can sometimes bring you into an unhealthy negative spiral.
Finally, we’ll work with mindfulness as well as self-compassion techniques and show how the “outside” world should have little affect on our “inner” world. We’ll experience these topics in a group setting and learn how other folks are dealing with it.

Your Takeaways Include

Learning how to…
Practice mindfulness techniques
Increase self-love
Get in touch with your emotions
Reprogram your “inner" voice
Maintain a positive work/life balance
Create healthy habits
Appreciate the silence
Show gratitude
