One-Day Workshop

This workshop is an introduction to The BodyMind Approach™ (TBMA), providing the underlying theory and introducing delegates to a sample of the practical elements of the intervention. TBMA is designed specifically to support clients, including those with insecure attachment, using a unique blend of experiments drawn from mindfulness principles, movement/somatic psychotherapy, and integrative group psychotherapy. TBMA is an active approach intending to support people to self-manage their symptoms day-to-day. The process will be interactive and engaging.

 

Delegates will learn about a range of relevant aspects such as:

Theory
Process
Outcomes from research
Practical experiments employing creative methods
