About this Webinar

The current situation in the world is having an unexpected impact on our daily life. One major change is that we now find ourselves working from home more often. Consequently, new challenges emerge!
We’re spending more time with our partner and family, while trying to finish work related tasks. These moments can be tricky and at the same time an amazing opportunity for positive growth, gratification and self-discovery.
This webinar will give practical and scientifically proven recommendations on managing these challenges. Both partners will learn ways to make this “stay at home” experience more positive, supportive and satisfying.

What does the webinar cover?
Let’s face it, developing a positive relationship with people we hold dear to us isn’t always easy. Nevertheless, our experiences can and will eventually help us flourish as individuals. In this (couples only) webinar, you’ll learn how to self-reflect, listen to the inner voice and eventually master the art of asking for what you need. The couples will learn proactive methods to deal with emotional situations.
We will take a hands on approach by bringing in the “science of happiness”. We’ll demonstrate “vantage point” techniques which show both you and your partner how to have empathy for each other.
Finally, you’ll both learn that new challenges are actually valuable learning experiences that will greatly benefit your partnership in the long run.

Your Takeaways Include

Learning how to…
Practice mindfulness techniques
Develop empathy
Communicate more effectively
Improve listening skills
Give advice and praise
Adjust your expectations
Create healthy rituals
Show gratitude
