About this Webinar

The current situation in the world is having an unexpected impact on our daily life. One major change is that we now find ourselves working from home more often. Consequently, new challenges emerge!
Working from home and maintaining productive and continuous contact with your co-workers is not always easy. We tend to lose the “at work” rhythm that makes us feel more connected to the company atmosphere.
This webinar will give practical and scientifically proven recommendations on how to re-connect with your company while at home. You’ll be able to share your unique experiences and feel again part of the bigger picture.

What does the webinar cover?
One of the biggest reasons why some companies are more successful than others is staff culture. A positive staff culture where employees feel appreciated and heard, motivates them to find “flow” moments in their daily responsibilities. In fact, employees that feel appreciated are more productive, more motivated, more resilient and more solution oriented … and in the end, less absent. In this webinar, work at home employees will be introduced to their co-workers in a new way. They’ll begin to gain a more personal connection and develop more empathy for those they normally see on a daily basis.
Finally, they’ll learn positive communication techniques that promote a healthy work environment. This approach can ultimately be repeated when we find ourselves back in the office together.

Your Takeaways Include

Learning how to…
Practice mindfulness techniques
Schedule regular contact with co-workers
Prepare and communicate for online meetings
Organize weekly debriefing with co-workers (including both personal and professional experiences)
Take periodic breaks - get away form the computer
Nurture your body and mind
Maintain a daily routine
Show gratitude
